Collier County

Collier County is synonymous with luxury, culture, and natural beauty. With a population of approximately 400,000, it is the second-most populous county in Southwest Florida and home to some of the most affluent communities in the United States. The county seat is East Naples, though the city of Naples is the economic and cultural anchor.

Naples is consistently ranked among the best small cities in America. Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South form the walkable heart of downtown Naples, offering world-class dining, boutique shopping, and a vibrant art gallery scene. The Naples Pier, stretching into the Gulf of Mexico, is one of the most photographed landmarks in Florida and a prime spot for sunset viewing and dolphin watching.

Cultural institutions set Collier County apart. Artis-Naples is home to the Baker Museum and the Naples Philharmonic. Immokalee, in the northeastern part of the county, is the agricultural center of Collier County and one of the most diverse communities in Southwest Florida. The Seminole Casino Immokalee is a regional entertainment destination.

Ave Maria, approximately 25 miles east of Naples, is a planned university town built around Ave Maria University. It offers new-construction homes at prices well below the Naples average and has its own town center, water park, and growing community.

Collier County is renowned for its philanthropic culture. The community regularly leads the nation in per-capita charitable giving, with major foundations, galas, and giving circles supporting healthcare, education, arts, and social services.
