What we collect

When you use SWFL.com, we collect the following:

  • Account info: name, email, optional bio, profile photo, interests, and preferred counties.
  • Usage: events you save, organizations you follow, and pages you visit.
  • Billing: payment information is collected and stored by Stripe — SWFL.com never sees or stores your card number.
  • Calendar (optional): if you connect Google Calendar, we store an OAuth token used only to add events you've been matched with.

How we use it

We use your data to: deliver the SWFL.com service, match you with events through your AI agent, send the email you've signed up for (account, billing, agent digests, event reminders, and the newsletter), and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

Who we share with

  • Stripe — for subscription billing.
  • Supabase — for database hosting and authentication.
  • Resend — for email delivery.
  • Google — when you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar, and for Google Analytics (only after you accept analytics cookies).
  • LinkedIn — only when you choose to sign in with LinkedIn.
  • Vercel — hosts the site and keeps short-lived server logs.
  • Cloudflare — delivers and protects the site, and runs the Turnstile security check on sign-up and sign-in.
  • Sentry — receives error reports when something breaks, which can include the page you were on and technical details about your browser.
  • Upstash — counts requests per IP address to rate-limit abuse.
  • OpenRouter (which runs Anthropic's Claude models) — for the AI Concierge and the AI-written copy in agent digests. Questions you ask the concierge are sent there to generate an answer.
  • GoHighLevel — our CRM, for contact records, tags, and marketing workflows.

Cookies

SWFL.com uses essential cookies to keep you logged in. Optional cookies (analytics) are only set after you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's storage for swfl.com.

Your rights

You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Delete account. You can also request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and removes your saved events, followed groups, and agent profile within 30 days. Payment records held by Stripe are kept as required for tax and legal purposes.
