What we collect

When you use SWFL.com, we collect the following:

• Account info: name, email, optional bio, profile photo, interests, and preferred counties.
• Usage: events you save, organizations you follow, and pages you visit.
• Billing: payment information is collected and stored by Stripe — SWFL.com never sees or stores your card number.
• Calendar (optional): if you connect a calendar, we store an OAuth token used only to add events you've been matched with.

How we use it

We use your data to: deliver the SWFL.com service, match you with events through your AI agent, send transactional emails (account and billing), and improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

Who we share with

• Stripe — for subscription billing.
• Supabase — for database hosting and authentication.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.
• Google / Apple / Outlook — only when you explicitly connect a calendar.
• Anthropic — for the AI agent recommendation engine.
• GoHighLevel — CRM for billing and support automation.

SWFL.com uses essential cookies to keep you logged in. Optional cookies (analytics) are only set after you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's storage for swfl.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Account deletion is permanent and removes all of your saved events, followed groups, agent profile, and billing history within 30 days.
