1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using SWFL.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, automate, or overload the service;
• upload spam, malware, or content you don't have rights to;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• use SWFL.com to harass anyone or violate any law;
• circumvent rate limits, security, or paywalls.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Premium and Snowbird) auto-renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Snowbird customers who joined before June 1, 2026 keep the $5/mo rate for the lifetime of their subscription as long as it stays active. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of the original charge.

5. User content

When you submit a group, event, or comment, you grant SWFL.com a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You retain ownership of your content and can delete it at any time.

6. Disclaimers

SWFL.com is provided "as is". We do our best to keep event and group listings accurate but we can't guarantee them. Always confirm details with the organizer before showing up.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
