The Swamp Blues Band brings the stories of Bonita Springs to life, from outlaws disappearing into moonlit mangroves and women buccaneers hunting for hidden treasure to the construction of the Everglades corridor that forever changed life in the swamp. Driven by gritty slide guitar, hand-built cigar box guitars, wailing harmonica, fiery fiddle, and a back-porch rhythm straight from a juke joint at the edge of the Everglades, Mud & Blues blends raw blues with the colorful legends of Southwest Florida. It’s history with a backbeat. Folklore with a growl.
