Leadership development programs that activate potential and build community stewardship in Collier County.
The Leadership Collier Foundation, of the Greater Naples Chamber, works to activate the potential of leaders to build a stronger Collier County. This work is accomplished by serving as a link between the needs of the community and the leaders who can help fulfill them through a variety of leadership programs, community education, and resource building. The foundation offers three main programs: Leadership Collier, a transformational community leadership experience that explores local government, education, economic development, and the arts through hands-on experiences; Associate Leadership Collier, designed for emerging leaders and professionals ages 21-40; and Youth Leadership Collier, specifically for rising high school seniors. The foundation's enduring legacy is reflected in thousands of graduates who have become influential leaders throughout Collier County and contribute to the region's growth and prosperity.
